At epicPLANET.tv we are dedicated to customer satisfaction. If for 60 days from purchase the DVD or Digital Download product purchased from us does not work in your player system please notify us via our contact page for a replacement.

Refund Policy

You may return new, unopened DVDs within 45 days of delivery for a full refund minus the initial shipping charge. Please notify us via our contact page to request an RMA for your return shipment.
